He graduated fromthe Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. His industry experience provides him with the expertise to strategically lead the company by creating, communicating and implementing Clairon Metal’s vision, mission and overall direction. He leads, guides and directly works with Clairon’s management team to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies.

As a manufacturing engineer with 29 years ofexperience in the Tier I metal stamping and robotic welding industry, Jason Armstrong leads Clairon Metal’s Engineering Department. He is well-versed in Engineering, Quality, Production and Operations Management Systems, and specializes in Program Management, Process, Equipment & Tool Development, Design, Fabrication, Repair and Preventive & Corrective Maintenance. He also overseas all Drives Lean Systems Methodologies and Root Cause & Corrective Action Analysis'. As an active driven senior manager with strong sustainable gains, he is able to identify and implement cost savings strategies, strengthen customer relationships, improve business practices and drive profits. He possesses broad based management skills with strong planning, communication, organizational and decision making abilities to successfully direct concurrent projects, and he also mentors and encourages a team environment for high levels of employee confidence and satisfaction.

Since being named as Clairon’s Director of Supply Chain and Inside Sales in 2014, James Servatius has been responsible for the company’s purchasing, forecasting, planning, logistics, and customer service teams. He is a 15 year veteran of the metal fabrication industry who also has considerable experience in the banking and IT fields. As a graduate of the Penn State Smeal Supply Chain master’s program, James has earned his Masters in Business in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia. James is active in his hometown and can often be found coaching or participating in community events.
