We are currently accepting resumes for:

  • Manager, Press Department - Metal Stamping Industry
    We are looking for a strategic, result-oriented manager to effectively manage our metal stamping function. Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of metal stamping experience and at least 5 years in a leadership position. The department includes approximately 40 team members, including shift supervisors, press operators, and die setters on three non-rotating shifts. Job responsibilities include: ensuring product meets customers’ requirements and expectations; planning daily production schedule to ensure on-time deliveries; and, developing and driving initiatives to speed up die changes, minimize press downtime, and improve the efficiency and performance of the department.
  • Supervisor, Press Department (2nd shift)
    The ideal candidate will have experience supervising metal stamping production operations and will have a good balance of technical experience and employee relations skills. This is a salaried position reporting to the Press Manager. Minimum requirements include 3 years’ experience in a position of leadership in a manufacturing environment and a minimum of 5 years of experience (1) operating or maintaining metal stamping equipment or (2) building or repairing metal stamping tooling.
  • Manager, Plant Maintenance
    This position is responsible for managing a small, but highly qualified, team of technicians covering three shifts as well as managing the troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance activities for plant equipment to maximize equipment availability. This includes metal stamping presses, welders, forklifts, air compressors, etc. (This position is not responsible for facilities maintenance or vehicle maintenance.) A minimum of 10 years of experience maintaining and repairing metal stamping and welding equipment is required.
  • Die Maintenance Technicians
    Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a tool maker in a metal stamping environment or a new tooling facility. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with progressive and blanking dies. Job responsibilities include: maintaining and repairing single-hit and multiple-out dies for progressive stamping presses ranging from 35 to1100 tons to ensure product meets customers’ specifications; working with a sense of urgency, troubleshoots tooling issues in the press and shop areas to promptly get the press back online and minimize press downtime; and, setting up and operates machine tools such as lathes, milling machine, shaper, and grinder to machine parts, and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications.

The following is a brief summary of some of our ongoing job opportunities:

Equipment Operator – This position operates a metal stamping press to produce quality metals parts or operates resistance “spot” welding equipment. Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment is a plus. Candidates must have a stable work history, good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for 8 hours.

Forklift Operator – Using a forklift, this position moves raw materials or finished goods throughout the plant. Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience with electronic scan gun helpful. Must be capable of accurately completing required forms and paperwork.

Die Setter - Removes and re-installs press tooling for the production of parts. The technician makes tooling adjustments, troubleshoots, and tests the operation of equipment to insure the production of quality parts. Technicians must work with a sense of urgency to minimize press downtime. Qualified candidates must have mechanical aptitude (as demonstrated by work history), experience operating a forklift and must have own tools.

Manual Welder – Our production welders should have a minimum of one year experience and must be able to produce quality welds on thin to heavy gauge metals. Experience with Mig welding is a must.
