Maintenance Manager – This position is responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians on three shifts, managing the maintenance of all plant equipment and two facilities, takes bids for required outside services, manages the department’s budget, and sets and monitors maintenance priorities. Minimum 3 years in leadership role, involving training, guidance and coordinating activities of direct reports. Minimum 5 years experience maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing facility.
 
Equipment Operator – This position operates a metal stamping press to produce quality metals parts or operates resistance “spot” welding equipment. Previous manufacturing experience, machine operation experience a plus, ability to stand for 8 hours, good hand/eye coordination.
 
Forklift Operator – Using a forklift, this position moves raw materials or finished goods throughout the plant. Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience with electronic scan gun helpful. Must be capable of accurately completing required forms and paperwork.

Manufacturing Engineer Job responsibilities include driving and implementing cost reduction projects, developing work instructions for new and existing processes, driving the New Process Development system to ensure good, smooth mass production start-ups, and being responsible for corrective action processes. This position focuses on driving continuous improvement in our operations. Qualified candidates should have a four-year degree in mechanical engineering and three or more years of manufacturing experience. Experience in calculating material usage, part quoting, and production rates is a big plus. Must be able to interpret customer prints and specifications.

EDM / CNC Technician – Qualified candidates must have a minimum of two years of Wire EDM / CNC experience. Responsibilities include fabricating EDM burn to the designer’s specifications, scheduling and performing all preventative maintenance, and setting up and operating CNC machinery.

Production Control Clerk – This is a 2nd shift position (3:15pm to 11:45 pm). This position is responsible for updating production records using Excel spreadsheet, entering labor tickets and downtime statistics in our database, and assisting equipment operators with any problems with scanners and paperwork. Qualified candidates must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, have a stable work record, excellent attendance record, and a desire to work!

Shipping Clerk – Qualified candidates must have a customer-service attitude, a proven track record of working with minimal supervision, ability to work independently, exceptional attendance record. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (including developing spreadsheets with formulas). This position prepares and prints reports as needed. Prints pull sheets for orders. Prints labels for orders. Bills shipments. Provides general clerical support to Building Two. Maintains accurate shipping records using Visual and other software systems. Calls truck lines and schedules pick ups.

Die Setter – Qualified candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude demonstrated by experience working on machinery, small engines, etc. This position pulls and installs large metal-forming dies into presses, troubleshoots problems with a press, and loads and unloads large steel coils. Experience operating a forklift is a must. Qualified candidate must have own tools. Experience settings dies in a production setting is preferred; otherwise, please make sure your application outlines your mechanical experience.

Manual Welder – Our production welders should have a minimum of one year experience and must be able to produce quality welds on thin to heavy gauge metals. Experience with Mig welding is a must.
